Ladies Club
Our ladies meet every Monday from 12:30 – 14:00. The aim of the group is to improve the lives of women in our community, reduce social isolation and build friendships with like-minded women. The ladies enjoy a range of activities such as Bingo, quizzes, arts, and crafts and the occasional day trip out on the community bus.

Playgroup
The Playgroup for babies and pre-school children is an established group which is run by a crew of dedicated volunteers Wednesdays 13:00 – 14:30 during term time. Sessions are well attended so booking is essential. Please contact the centre on 01388 775425 for further information.
Men’s Club
The men in our group simply like to meet up for a natter and keep up on the news while reading the papers.

Welcome Space
With thanks to Point North (formerly County Durham Community Foundation) for their support with funding from the Welcome Spaces, the community centre is open on a drop-in basis to offer a warm welcome to local residents. Every Monday 10:30 – 12:00 and Wednesday 10:00 -11:30, from 8th January to 24th until the end of March 2025. A warm, safe place is available for members of the community to relax and socialise and also enjoy a free hot snack and drinks. Newspapers and puzzle books will also be available.
The Jube Kidz Club!
Our after-school and Saturday kids club offers a variety of interests including physical activity, homework help, arts and crafts, puzzles, reading, fresh fruit and healthy snacks. These activities are designed to foster creativity and teamwork, while also promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.
