Vision
The vision of Jubilee Fields Community Association is that all residents living in Shildon:
- enjoy a high quality of life
- feel valued, connected and fulfilled
- are able to achieve their economic, social and educational goals, and
- are part of a strong, prosperous and caring local community.
Mission Statement
- To offer inclusive activities which support the educational, training, employment, cultural and recreational needs of the local community.
- To improve the well-being and self-sufficiency of Shildon residents through donation programs, and other resources.
- To develop activities that increase participation in civic life, including through providing local residents with opportunities for self-development, volunteering and involvement in local decision-making.

- Keep the building available, accessible and safe for the use of local people and others.
- Continuously develop and update the building, to meet the changing needs and expectations of the community, both now and in the future.
- Building on and increasing our relationship with individuals and organisations who share our values.
- Enable a range of educational, training, employment, cultural and recreational activities to take place which respond to the needs of local people and where all are made to feel valued and safe.
- Provide access to advice and information for all sections of the community.
- Provide excellent services to users.
- Be financially sustainable and continue to strengthen the management of the Centre.
