The vision of Jubilee Fields Community Association is that all residents living in Shildon:

• To offer inclusive activities which support the educational, training, employment, cultural and recreational needs of the local community.
• To improve the well-being and self-sufficiency of Shildon residents through donation programs, and other resources.
• To develop activities that increase participation in civic life, including through providing local residents with opportunities for self-development, volunteering and involvement in local decision-making.
